Beginners & Beyond Yoga
This class covers all the yoga basics including Yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and relaxation. This is a slow-flowing energising class with yoga sequences to wake up the body and calm the mind for the best day ahead. Suitable for all levels. If you are new to Yoga please take it at your own pace, we progress with practice.
Yogalates
A mixture of Yoga and Pilates, It combines the core strengthening controlled movements of Pilates with the stretching, flexibility and mindfulness of Yoga. This low-impact, full-body workout is developed to enhance physical strength, posture, and mental relaxation.

Rest & Restore Yoga
Restore body & mind with relaxing restorative poses, breath-work and guided meditation designed to aid you to sleep better, and wake up feeling refreshed for the new day ahead. Long-held postures combined with breathwork (Pranayama) and meditation, helps to balance your nervous system as well as improve mobility and flexibility. You’ll leave the class feeling floaty, at ease in your body and more connected to your Self and those around you.
Mat Pilates
A Pilates mat-work class to improve your posture, mobility, and core strength. Expect challenges throughout, with modifications to suit all levels. Pilates is an ideal complement to Yoga, especially if you’re finding strength-based postures or arm balancing a challenge.
CLASS INFORMATION
- Classes are suitable for adults 16+ and all levels are welcome.
- Please bring you own mat if you have one, I have mats available to use short-term.
- For your safety and well-being please arrive 10 minutes early.
- If you have booked a class online and cannot attend, please contact me within 6 hours of the class start time and I will transfer your booking to another class.
- Classes are subject to availability and spaces are not reserved until booked, it is always best practice to book in advance to secure your space.
- If you have a chronic or an acute illness please seek medical advice prior to attending a class. I ask you kindly to inform me of any underlying heath issues or if you are pregnant.

Private Sessions
1-2-1 sessions are available in the comfort of your own home.
All clients will have their own agreement in place with regard to payment, time and frequency. 1:1 sessions are tailored to your specific needs, with a bespoke programme written for you.
Please contact me to discuss your goals. Sessions start from £45 per hour for 1:1. 2:1 £60 per hour.
Corporate Classes
Whether it be for a breakfast/lunch/teatime meeting or a team building event this is a great way to get your staff feeling more, motivated, productive and energised.
Venues are arranged and paid for by the business. Prices of corporate sessions will vary dependant on length of sessions, size of venue and number of participants. Discounts will apply if regular bookings are made.
